A CARAVAN overturned on the A689 near Wolsingham on Thursday evening.
The incident happened shortly before 6pm and involved a KIA Sorrento which had detached from the caravan.
Police were called to the scene where the driver was found to be uninjured.
Officers closed the road between Harperley Roundabout and Wolsingham while work was carried out to remove the caravan and clear debris.
