CONCERNS are growing for the welfare of a vulnerable man who has been missing for weeks.
Andrew Blair, who was last seen in the West Park area of Darlington on Tuesday, June 26, has links to Esh Winning and the Durham City area.
The 30-year-old, who is described as “extremely vulnerable”, is around 5ft 10 with short ginger hair, slim and usually clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jogging bottoms and black trainers.
Durham Constabulary have issued a warning to anyone who may be harbouring or assisting Mr Blair, telling them that they could be found guilty of criminal offences in doing so.
Anyone who has information on Mr Blair’s whereabouts should contact police on non-emergency number 101 quoting incident number 318 of June 26.
