THE Year 11 Class of 2018 Prom took place at Richmond School on Friday.
The school hall was transformed into a scene from Ancient Greece for almost 200 students by event planners, Already Sorted.
A school spokesperson said: "Year 11 students made a huge effort, looking truly fabulous in their prom attire and many arrived in the unusual and inventive modes of transport that the local community has come to expect from students at Richmond School.
"The Prom is Richmond School’s opportunity to say 'thank you' and 'well done' to our Year 11 students who have worked so hard throughout their time at Richmond School but especially during the final months of their GCSE courses.
"We are very proud of all they have achieved and the fine, young adults they have become. We very much look forward to seeing them on results day on August 23rd and we will be welcoming many of them back as Sixth Form students in September."
