FOOTBALL presenter Kay Murray has answered our call to wish England 'good luck' ahead of their crunch World Cup clash tomorrow.

England take on Sweden in the World Cup quarter-finals on Saturday.

Gareth Southgate's men are just two games away from a place in the finals and Teessider Kay - a presenter with beINSPORTSUSA who has twice hosted the FIFA Ballon d'Or presentation - is backing them all the way.

In a message sent to the Northern Echo, she said: "Kay Murray here in Miami, Florida, by way of Middlesbrough, sending lots and lots of love to Gareth Southgate and our boys in Russia for the game this weekend.

"It's been wonderful to watch you guys every step of the way, some times have been trickier than others but there's loads of us ex-pats cheering you on from overseas and we will be doing exactly the same on Saturday against Sweden.

"So come on England!"
