FIREFIGHTERS were called to extinguish a blaze involving domestic white goods off the A1(M) near Newton Aycliffe.
County Durham Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS) received a report about the fire, south of Junction 59, at 8.21am today.
A spokesperson for CDDFRS said one crew from Bishop Auckland attended the scene, west of the carriageway,
The fire was out by 8.45am.
