A CALL has gone out for all market traders whether regular, casual or new to pitch up and book a place at Thirsk’s first artisan food and drink market.
Following the major promotional campaign for Hambleton’s markets announced earlier in the year, the district council’s Vibrant Market Towns team are bringing specialist markets to Thirsk, starting with two artisan food and drink events.
The first event takes place on July 28 alongside the traditional Saturday market with a second one planned for August 25.
It is hoped the market will bring a variety of stalls and has already attracted a lot of interest from local traders.
To book a place at either or both markets contact rowanne.hibbit@hambleton.gov.uk or 01609-767286 – traders must have public liability insurance and need to bring their own stall or table.
