A MAN has appeared at court charged in connection with a robbery.
Michael Gallagher, 28, of Westmoreland Street, Darlington appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court today charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
The charges relate to the robbery of P & J’s Convenience Store, Brougham Street, Darlington on March 16.
He did not enter any pleas and was released on bail to await trial at Teesside Crown Court on July 11.
