House of Fraser, in Darlington
JENNY CHAPMAN’S accusation that House of Fraser is “deserting our communities” seems to imply that the company has some sort of moral obligation to remain operating. Why would it do that given that the said communities did virtually nothing to support it having themselves deserted House of Fraser long ago?
