SMASHED: The car windows were smashed during the incident on Monday night
WITNESSES are being sought after a car’s windows were smashed outside a Bishop Auckland takeaway.
The incident happened at around 8pm last night (June 11) outside Red Double Happiness in Newgate Street.
A grey Ford Focus was parked outside the takeaway when a black Renault Clio pulled up nearby.
A man got out of the Clio and smashed both the passenger and rear passenger window before driving off in the direction of Cockton Hill Road.
