A SCHEME to help residents save money on energy bills is still running in Stockton.
RESIDENTS in the borough still have time to sign up to the Big Community Switch, which last year saw average annual savings reach £168.
Those who sign up will receive a personal offer showing how much they can save.
Registration closes on July 3.
Since the scheme began, over 1,000 households are collectively saving more than £180,000 a year.
There is no cost or obligation to register or accept the offer received.
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council has also teamed up with ‘iChoosr’ and ‘Make It Cheaper’ to help businesses or community groups secure a better energy deal.
