SOCIAL work charity Frontline is hosting an interactive workshop looking at the needs of disabled children from a safeguarding perspective.
The event on Wednesday is at The Education Centre at Stockton Sixth Form College between 10am and 3pm.
Allan Brownrigg, who heads up the charity in the North-East, said: “It’s important for people working in child welfare to be able to think critically about some of the most sensitive topics in child protection.
“At Frontline, we’re committed to providing the highest quality of teaching and training, and delivering workshops that inspire best practice in the social work profession.
“We hope that these events will educate and inform professionals on significant topics in social work, promoting positive child protection practice."
