DERWENT Valley Area Action Partnership is looking to reward communities who improve their villages and neighbourhoods.
Communities can register the improvements to their village or neighbourhood and the partnership will look to recognise these groups at an award ceremony.
A spokesman said: “We have found that undertaking work in your community to improve the environment fosters a sense of pride and encourages the wider community to care more about where they live.”
