A NATIONAL award ceremony celebrating women in digital industries have named a Richmond woman as a future leader.

Lyndsay Morgan, 31, has been crowned winner of the Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) future leaders award, through her role as head of operations for Climb Online, the digital marketing agency founded by BBC Apprentice winner Mark Wright.

WACL supports female leaders to reach their potential and strive to achieve senior positions within their organisations.

Ms Morgan will receive a training bursary to fund her chosen development programme - the RADA Executive Presence for Women – designed to help women perform at senior level and be truly effective within their business.

She said: “I have always been an advocate of supporting women in business, and am a firm believer that women have the opportunity to achieve equal levels of seniority as men.
