HORSES: Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of horses from a stables at Oulston.
FOUR horses have been stolen from a stables in the Howardian Hills.
A stallion and three mares, one in foal, were taken from Oulston overnight on Tuesday.
"We would like to reassure the equestrian community this was an isolated incident and there is no immediate risk to other horses in the county," said a police spokesman.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
