A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill, attempted arson and breach of a restraining order.
The 23-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Mickleton, Teesdale, at 6.54pm yesterday, April 18.
The police, North East Ambulance Service and County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service were all involved.
