A man has appeared before Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court on a charge of dangerous driving
A MAN has appeared before Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court on a charge of dangerous driving.
Stewart Richards, 29, of Ashcroft Gardens, Bishop Auckland, also faces charges of driving while disqualified and having no insurance.
No plea was entered. He was remanded on unconditional bail and he will next appear at Durham Crown Court on April 12 at 10am.
