IMAGES of a man who was filmed taking tins of lager from a Tesco store have been released by North Yorkshire police.

They're appealing for anyone who recognises the man, to come forward to help them with their inquiries. He was filmed on Sunday January 28, taking two boxes of Corona Lager from shelves at the Bedale store in the town's market place at around 3.45pm. Police say the man walked into the store and left with the alcohol without making any attempt to pay, he was caught on CCTV and the matter reported to the police.
