AN INDOOR market is offering rent-free trading spaces for a week in May in a bid to boost business.
Dundas Indoor Market, in Middlesbrough, is offering the scheme to people considering starting a new business or switching to running a business full time.
They can apply for a free unit for a week's trial period in the indoor market, part of Dundas Shopping Centre, from May 21-26 as part of the Love Your Local Market campaign.
This follows the second Dundas Youth Market on Saturday May 19, when young people between 16 and 25 can apply for a free stall to sell products and services in the market.
Market manager David Harris said: “The indoor market benefits from the Dundas Shopping Centre’s footfall of more than 60,000 a week."
