A LORRY and Suzuki Swift have crashed on Albert Hill, in Darlington.
Police and ambulance attended the scene of the accident where Albert Road meets Cleveland Street.
A police officer at the scene said: "There has been a two-way RTC between a HGV and a car.
"The incident took place at around 11am this morning.
"An ambulance has been on scene and at this stage we don’t know the extent of injuries."
The road is open both ways and traffic is running as normal.
