A VICTORIAN photographic studio has announced its closure after 37 years in business.
The Victorian Image, in Sandgate, Whitby, will open its doors for the last time this weekend, owner Paul Anthony Wilson said on social media.
The family-run studio offers visitors the chance to travel back in time and recreate photographs by wearing specially designed costumes.
It has welcomed well-known faces such as supermodels Elle Macpherson and Nancy Sorrell, comedian Vic Reeves, and actress Barbara Marten.
Mr Wilson said: “Thank you to all our extremely loyal customers that have returned time and time again...many have become friends over the years, who we will miss.
“Not sure about our future plans, however watch this space.... you never know... thanks again Paul, Lynne & Shelley.”
It is due to close on Sunday at 4pm.
