HELP: A CCTV image has been released of a man who police believe may have vital information about a serious assault involving a cyclist.
A CCTV image has been released of a man who police believe may have vital information about a serious assault involving a cyclist.
The incident occurred on Grange Road, Darlington, on Wednesday, September 27, between 11am and 12pm.
The man pictured took the injured cyclist to hospital.
