AN award-winning local artist has launched her autumn collection at a private viewing in the presence of a special guest.
Lucy Pittaway hosted the event in her gallery in Brompton-on-Swale in front of Welcome to Yorkshire chief executive Sir Gary Verity, who earlier that day announced next year’s Tour de Yorkshire will be coming to Richmond.
He spoke about their successful partnership over the last two years, as Lucy was the official artist for this year’s bike race.
The ten-piece collection was unveiled in her gallery in Brompton-on-Swale as well as in her new shop in Richmond where prints can be bought.
