WE are here to stay is the message of organisers of the popular open air night show Kynren - An Epic Tale of England, as the second season has been wrapped up.

The curtain on the final night of the second season ‘came down’ on Saturday night with only a few rows left in the platinum area.

The cast also enjoyed a private party afterwards to mark the end of the season.

The unique show has been pulling in thousands of visitors throughout the summer with organisers saying they are already looking ahead to next year.

Anne-Isabelle Daulon, chief executive of Eleven Arches, said: “We were thinking oh my God because it has gone very quickly and finished on a wonderful note."

Ms Daulon added: “What has really been the highlight of the season is for everybody to realise that we are here to stay and Kynren is going to be there every year – it’s going to become a tradition.”

Organisers are already have held their first open call sessions to allow anyone interested in joining as a volunteer to learn about all the opportunities and meet members of the cast and crew, including the animal stars.

The show is open to everyone aged five and upwards although youngsters must meet the minimum age limit by June 30 next year.
