A TEENAGER with a one in a million condition is attempting to raise £75,000 for a prosthetic limb after he chose to have his left leg amputated.
Jordan Teodori-Faith, 17, from Harrogate, has Proteus Syndrome, a condition characterised by overgrowth of the bones, skin, and other tissues.
The condition has caused the teen many difficulties, one being a major spinal deformity, resulting in two ten-hour operations to correct it.
He was unable to walk unaided by the age of four and recently had his left leg amputated to stop the progressive growth.
