A MAN who followed a woman and stood in bushes before indecently exposing himself is being sought by police following three separate incidents.

The same man is believed to be behind the trio of attacks that occurred across a four-day period.

A woman was followed by the man on a park path between Milburn Crescent and Ida Street, in the Norton area of Stockton, where he indecently exposed himself to her on Saturday, July 29, at around 8.30am.

At the same time on Monday, July 31, the same man stood in bushes in the park off Milburn Crescent and exposed himself to a woman walking her dog before doing the same thing at 4.30pm on Tuesday, August 1.

The man, who is described as a white male between 35 and 40-years-old was also seen driving a white Mitsubishi Colt parked on Milburn Crescent.

He is around 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with short, dark hair.

During the first incident, the man was wearing a black beanie hat and oversized khaki coat and on the second and third incidents, he wore a grey jacket, blue baseball cap and a distinctive chunky silver ring on the middle finger of his left hand.

Cleveland Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward and a spokeswoman said: “Anyone who may know the identity of the man or anyone who may have information regarding the incidents is asked to contact PC Andy Burdon on the non-emergency number 101.”
