Rickie Lee Foster
POLICE have released a photograph of 23-year-old Rickie Lee Foster from Coundon, near Bishop Auckland, following an alleged driving offence.
Officers want to speak to him about the incident which happened in Collingwood Street, Coundon, on Sunday night.
Anyone with information about the incident or Mr Foster's whereabouts is asked to call Durham Constabulary on 101, quoting incident number 482 of June 25.
