SCOTTISH currency was stolen during a house burglary.
The incident occurred in the Sunnydale area of Shildon, County Durham, during the early hours of Wednesday, June 21.
On the Shildon Police Facebook page, officers said: “Did you see anything or anyone suspicious? Some Scottish currency was taken. Have you been offered any or have you seen anyone with some and it just doesn’t feel right?”
