RIFLE: Durham Police are investigating an incident involving an air rifle in Crook
A YOUTH has been pictured wandering through Crook with an air rifle.
Police are appealing for help to track down the youth, who was with two others at the time.
"On Thursday 18th of May between 12pm and 12.20pm three males were seen walking/cycling along Arthur Street, Crook, one of whom was carrying an air rifle and believed to be shooting birds," said a spokesman for Crook Police.
"Police are appealing for any information regarding this incident as we wish to identify these males and for you to kindly contact Durham Police on 101 quoting reference number DHM-18052017-0160."
