A MINING museum will celebrate perfectly presented pooches at a fun dog show next week.
Killhope in Upper Weardale, County Durham, is hosting its first dog show on Saturday, May 6.
Prizes will be handed out in a variety of categories including best trick, best rescue and the dog that is most like its owner.
Judging starts at 1pm and there will be gifts for every entrant as well as rosettes for the winning pets.There is a £1 entry fee per dog and discounted entry to the museum for owners whose pets are taking part. Entries will close at 12.30pm.
