FIRE crews were called to the scene of a blaze at a property in Darlington on Thursday.
Smoke filled Brinkburn Drive as a lean-to and shed located at the side and rear of the property were engulfed in flames at around 2.30pm.
One man was inside the property at the time. However, there are no reported injuries.
Police cordoned off the street while firefighters from County Durham & Darlington Fire and Rescue Service dealt with the incident.
