A LEAD mining museum will reopen for the summer season this weekend.

Killhope, a 19th century mining museum in Weardale, County Durham, will open to the public from Saturday until Sunday, October 29.

Opening hours are 10.30am to 5pm every day. Entry is £.8.60 for adults, £7.60 for concessions, £4.60 for four to 16-year-olds, and free to children under four. To find out more, visit killhope.org.uk
