FIREFIGHTERS fought to bring a fire under control on an industrial estate in Bishop Auckland throughout the night.
Seven fire crews, including two aerial ladder platforms battled the blaze at Romanway Industrial Estate.

Roads surrounding the site were closed while the fire was brought under control but have now reopened.
Northern Powergrid was forced to turn off the power supply to the Tindale area.
Two crews of firefighters remain at the scene of the blaze and investigations as to how the fire started are underway.
