Police are investigating
A MOTORCYCLIST has died after colliding with a parked van.
The collision happened just after 9pm on Monday in the back street of Mountbatten Avenue at the junction with Kelly Road in Hebburn, South Tyneside.
A spokesman for Northumbria Police said: “Paramedics attended however sadly the man, in his late 40s, was pronounced dead.”
Anyone with information is being asked to call Northumbria Police on 101 quoting reference 1157 200 217.
