BISHOP Auckland Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt was back watching television with her family just hours after she emerged as Queen of the Jungle on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The 26-year-old, a frontrunner for the title from early in the series, was reunited with her mother Betty, father Mark and younger sister Ava after winning the show.

In Coming Out, which follows the campmates through their return to civilisation, she said: "Obviously I was like I can't actually believe I'm even in here because I just watch the telly.

"It's just nice to know you're accepted."

The TV star, who won fans for her focus on chicken kebabs during a particularly gruelling Bushtucker Trial, stopped off for her favourite food on her way to the hotel after leaving the jungle.

As she arrived at the hotel, she was greeted with cheers of her name before heading for bed. She said: "I'm so excited to see a real-life bed. I'd forgotten what one looks like and it beats sleeping in a hammock."

She was joined by the rest of her family, who gathered around to watch TV with her.

Moffat, who has been a fan of the show since she was a child, was crowned Queen of the Jungle by former winner, fellow North-East star Vicky Pattison.

Comedian Joel Dommett, who passed up a New York cheesecake in favour of a goat's penis and testicles to win stars for the camp in his final bushtucker trial, was finally united with his preferred dessert.

Seeing the cake in his room, he said: "I'm going to eat the entire thing. I don't care what will happen to my body."
