A FAN of Geordie duo Ant and Dec who has had their faces tattooed on his bottom is hoping they will sign his work of art.

Lee Crane, 28, from Thornaby, near Stockton, wants the pair to autograph his cheeky tattoo if he ever gets the chance to meet them.

His tattoo of Ant was inked on to his left buttock cheek, at the Clockwork Orange tattoo parlour in Norton, near Stockton, almost a year ago.

But then tattoo artist Steve Bell broke his hand, so he has only recently been able to ink Dec on to Mr Crane's right buttock.

He said: "They're two good lads, Ant and Dec. My mam used to live near them and I have watched them on telly for years and think they are really funny.

"I thought the tattoo would just be a laugh."

The tattoo shows them sucking on a piece of spaghetti.

Mr Bell said he had once tattooed Keith Lemon on to a man's backside, and someone else had been booked in for Ant & Dec but "chickened out" at the last minute.

He said: "Lee was in the shop at the time and he said: 'I'll do it'.

"He did have to wait a bit to get Dec done though because I had broken my hand so he was walking around for a long time with just Ant on one cheek."

He said if he can convince his heroes to sign his bottom, he will get the signatures inked on permanently.
