A GROUP of cub scouts determined to stop drivers parking on their village pavements have taken their petition to Downing Street.
1st Staindrop Cubs, from Staindrop, County Durham, travelled all the way to London at the weekend and have been promised a reply from the Prime Minister, Theresa May, herself.
Scout leader, Jacqui Nicholson, said the cubs were “really proud” and “really hope that people listen to them and their concerns”.
