THE AIR ambulance was called to a collision on the A1 in North Yorkshire this afternoon.
According to Highways England, the collision is believed to have taken place just south of Catterick, on the northbound carriageway of the A1 (M) today.
It is not yet known what vehicles were involved, but an air ambulance and two land ambulances are believed to have been called to the scene.
The collision happened at the junction with the A6136 and there were delays on the stretch of road throughout the afternoon.
