POLICE are appealing for information after an aggravated burglary in Dormanstown.
The incident took place on Grinkle Road at around 10.30am on Monday, July 25, when a man broke into a home and disturbed the female occupant.
The 43-year-old woman suffered superficial injuries to her arm, chest and face which are believed to have been caused by a sharp object. She later attended a walk-in centre for treatment.
The suspect is described as male, around 5ft 1” tall, wearing a black hooded top, dark tracksuit bottoms and grey trainers. His face was covered by his hood.
