Beloved wife of the late George, loving mother of Jane, and the late Alison, a dear grandmother to Anna and the late Clare and great grandmother to Ella and William. Private Cremation to take place prior to a service of celebration in Waddington Street United Reformed Church on Friday, July 1, at 11.15am. All welcome for refreshments in The Church Hall afterwards. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be given after the service for Alzheimer’s Research UK or sent to N.Alderson Funeral Directors, Flass Terrace, Ushaw Moor. DH7 7LD.
