Bedroom fire at Newton Aycliffe home
FIRE crews were called to a bedroom fire at a home in Newton Aycliffe on Friday evening.
The incident happened around 7pm at the property in Booth Walk.
Two appliances from Newton Aycliffe dealt with the fire.
A spokeswoman for County Durham Fire and Rescue said it turned out to be a small fire in the bedroom of a terraced house.
