IS what Tony Blair is doing, just proposing to hand his leadership to Gordon Brown, democratic? I am not sure. At the last General Election Mr Blair was, and still is, Prime Minister. So how many people voted for Mr Blair and how many for the actual Labour Party? I think the fairest thing is to call a General Election.
