A LATE summer ball at Middleton Lodge has raised funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, Stroke Association and The Variety Club.

The charity ball at the Georgian estate in Middleton Tyas, near Richmond, teamed up with Toni and Guy hair salons to host the ball on Friday, September 11, with all proceeds going to the Toni and Guy Charitable Foundation. The foundation supports cancer care, stroke and children’s charities.

James Allison, owner of Middleton Lodge, said: “We’re really pleased to have teamed up with the Toni and Guy team to host this event, which was the last ball of the summer season and the perfect way to see the summer off in style.

“As well as a delicious three-course dinner prepared by our renowned kitchen team, guests enjoyed a raffle and auction at the event, as well as a host of games and music until midnight.

“With all proceeds from the event going to the Toni and Guy Charitable Foundation, the event provided the perfect opportunity for guests to enjoy a night of dinner and dancing, while also donating to three very worthy causes.”
