CALLED TO SCENE: Air Ambulance
A MAN suffered serious injuries after he fell 30ft out of a second-floor window.
The incident happened in Murton Street in Sunderland this morning.
A spokesman for the Great North Air Ambulance said they were called at 9.45am to the incident involving a man in his 30s.
"He sustained arm and possible pelvic injuries. He was treated at the scene and then transported to Newcastle’s RVI by road," the spokesman said. "The GNAAS doctor and paramedic accompanied him on route to hospital where his injuries were described as serious but not life-threatening."
