PLAYERS, parents, officials and supporters of Wensleydale RUFC gathered for the club's annual ball at Tennants in Leyburn.
More than 370 people attended the black tie event. It was the first time the club had used the venue, previously opting to hold the ball in a marquee on one of the pitches.
The event raised more than £7,000 - money which will go towards the club's ambitions plans to redevelop its clubhouse at Cawkill Park.
Organiser Lee Featherstone said: "We had a magnificent event at Tennants which was a first-class venue.

"The food by Ian Bell was delicious and the music from Jackhammer and DJ Wilko went down really well.
"Organisers would like to thank everyone who attended and supported the club on a fantastic evening."
Among the surprises for guests was a recorded message from England's national team manager, Stuart Lancaster, who paid tribute to outgoing secretary and club stalwart Jim McRobert.
Among the auction prizes were several pairs of international and Six Nations tickets which all fetched more than £500.
