POLICE: Officers were called in to search for a 17-year-old boy in a distressed state.
A 17-year-old was taken to hospital after being found following a police search.
Officers were called to look for the teenager at about 9.35am on Wednesday after reports he was in a distressed state.
The incident took place near Catterick Leisure Centre, in Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire.
The teenager was found at about 10.50am in nearby woodland and was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital to be checked over.
