A WOMAN suspected of torching her own house is due in court tomorrow.
Katrina Livingstone, 37, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and will appear before magistrates.
She has been released from hospital and is in police custody.
Her mother, Margaret Carroll, 60, remains at the University Hospital of North Durham where her condition has been downgraded from ‘critical’ to ‘stable’.
Both women suffered injuries unrelated to a fire that destroyed their home in First Street, Bradley Bungalows, near Leadgate, Consett, County Durham, on Saturday morning.
