Sir, – Having read many of the letter's recently surrounding Richmond recently, the team behind Richmond Farmers Market would like to remind the people of Richmond and councillors what a great and truly local farmers' market they have in the town. We have meat, cheese, beer, herbs and other products being made within 15 miles of Richmond (Lacey's Cheese, Richmond Beers, Garth Cottage Herbs) by honest, hardworking people who want to keep Richmond thriving. We like to think we contribute towards the appeal of the town. Our next market will be held tomorrow, Saturday, September 20, from 8:30am until 2:30pm and is on every third Saturday of the month.
