How on earth have these buses ended up head on??

Hope all children and drivers are ok, thoughts to them and the no doubt terrified parents.

Obviously one's first thoughts are with the injured.
Once the dust has settled one can but hope that there will be a measured response to this incident rather than the 'modern day disease' of over-reaction to any incident involving children.

Reporters, do your homework!!! It's the wrong junction! Even the BBC has it wrong! I'm sitting behind my computer in my home in the Netherlands and even I can see it's the junction of Shieldrow Lane and Kyo Lane. At this point the doubbledecker bus fortunately has low speed because it just turned in Shieldrow Lane from the A693. If it HAD happened on the A693 it would have been a fatal catastrophy!

I can't help the injured from here! But I can help you get more accurate newsreports!
I had to google "pillock". And I see your dad raised a fine kid with a great vocabulary!
