A CONVICTED sex offender who was last seen in the Middlesbrough area on Tuesday has now been found following a police appeal.
Keith Anthony Waites, from the Durham area was arrested in the Peterlee area in the early hours.
Police launched an appeal for information to trace the 20-year-old, who was convicted in 2013 for two offences of inciting a child under 13 to commit a sexual offence. He was released from prison in March this year and was wanted for recall to prison for breach of licence conditions," a spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said last night.
