NORTH-EAST health clubs are hoping to help raise £10,000 for a cancer charity's annual fundraising campaign.
Bannatyne's gyms in the region will join forces with others around the country to help raise the funds for Look Good Feel Better.
Clubs in Darlington, Chester-le-Street, Durham, Coulby Newham and Ingleby Barwick take part in activities supporting the fundraiser, which runs from June 2 to 8.
Events will take place throughout the week, including coffee mornings, glamorous spinathons and mini-pamper treatments in exchange for donations.
Look Good Feel Better runS free confidence-boosting skincare and make-up workshops across the UK, helping women and teenagers combat the visible side effects of cancer treatment.
As the charity celebrates its 20th anniversary year, it is encouraging all supporters to get behind Feel Better Week and make it a success.
